Check out Oliver, who finished reading his first 100 books on August 12 for SPL's 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten (1KB4K)! This program is a nationwide challenge encouraging parents and caregivers to read aloud to their children. Families read in 100-book segments, with incentives and photographs for every 100 books finished. Participation is free of charge.
